Attendee Registration | Health Extreme

I was wondering if there was a way that I could have an event registration form that would send the info (name, age, number of attendees, etc) straight to my email? They would be be paying through paypal, but I just need the names and ages ... because i wanna get all the great benefits but am not sure if i have to book a hotel room to buy it because i was reading it on the website but what happen if i like like 15 min away and i dont need to book a hotel room what is that ...
